I love to do deadlifts!! My weak parts are my abs and triceps. Last

night the triceps dips were sooooo hard for me. I guess I have to keep

at them! Can't wait to hear about your rotation this week!

The heat has been bad here--but the humidity just kills you! Though I

can say that I have been having wonderful yoga workouts. Every muscle

is warm and there are no chilly drafts.
