Guest guest Posted July 31, 2006 Report Share Posted July 31, 2006 , I love to do deadlifts!! My weak parts are my abs and triceps. Last night the triceps dips were sooooo hard for me. I guess I have to keep at them! Can't wait to hear about your rotation this week! The heat has been bad here--but the humidity just kills you!
