Guest guest
hi ! If it helps, think that they are full of transfats and they aren't good for you - a cappuccino made in a coffee shop with espresso and real milk (or skim milk) would be better for you - I don't know for sure but I would bet that if it comes out of a machine it contains that artificial creamer which is just a bunch of trans-fats. How about trying to make a coffee drink at home using real coffee, real milk and some sugar? They sell flavor syrups now - I've seen them at supermarkets. Even though that would add some calories from the sweetner, it would be better than the artificial stuff and probably fewer calories. A skim cappuccino from a coffee shop isn't too bad for you - the only calories you would get from it would be milk (and you can have them made with skim milk) and whatever sugar you put in. Still, overall, I think you eat really well so if you want one of these treats on occassion I think you'll be okay to enjoy it!!
