Thursday's workout - Cathe

Today was cardio day, but I was very time crunched because everyone needed something from me early today. I did my Cathe Basic Step followed by the Stability Ball workout for abs on the same DVD. It was a nice 40 minute sweatfest. I used the 8" step to boost the intensity and it really makes a difference in the leg burn. I also used my glove weights to get more arm toning in as well. Always multi-tasking!

Great multitasking workout Kathy. My legs can feel the burn just thinking about using an 8" step!
