The biggest problem with this study is that it is not double-blind nor is it

placebo controlled. This seriously weakens the study. Also, the authors

state that testosterone concentration was increased three-fold, but that's

not what it looks like when you look at the numbers. I also don't

understand their units for testosterone concentration. They say (ng %),

which doesn't make sense to me. T concentrations are usually reported as ng

per some volume (like ng/ml).

Finally, all of the observed hormonal changes were well within normal

physiological ranges, so it remains to be established whether the small

changes observed in this study are physiologically significant. There is a

difference between statistical significance and physiological significance.
