Her comment: But that's so slow! I said it was the warm-up, and it was, but then I noticed that compared to my other videos it *was* slow. I know tone & flexibility can be had without huffing & puffing, using isometric exercise. I just have to make sure that on isotonic (cardio) days I huff & puff enough. LOL.
