That's kind of what I've been doing and I feel GREAT! Yoga can count as a strength workout in my book depending on the level of the practice of course, but maybe you could substitute yoga for your Firm weights days? I'm thinking a short fun cardio routine followed by a shorter practice tomorrow, then a longer one on Wed.... I agree that yoga counts as strength, too!
