Guest guest Posted October 17, 2006 Report Share Posted October 17, 2006 i would have sworn that in reading the descriptions that there were two hi/lo and two step workouts on that dvd. when i went to amazon they had their descriptions removes and only had the reviews up. great workout though!!!!. i do enjoy the workouts b/c they are pretty effective, even if short, and shelly just has a great presence. kassia Stay in the know.
