Guest guest
Hello, For an interesting update on vibration training, here's a pdf file (linked) from Prof. Dr.Joachim Mester, " Sporthochschule Koln, Germany " :. - their measured maximal EMG at 24 Hz - measurement of Creatine Kinasis during a period of training - measurement of isometric Fmax after training period (combination of VIB and regular training). http://www.dshs-koeln.de/train/HTML/Lehre/Download/Berlin.pdf Another article on effect of vibration training (BMS-method) can be found in " Leistungssport " 2, 2001 . The articles are in German (NOT Dutch). But one can " read " the pdf-file pretty easily between the words, many pictures/graphics.
