Guest guest Posted November 13, 2006 Report Share Posted November 13, 2006 I just finished Butts & Guts, and boy what a workout. I loved it. I loved all the moves, every one of them I don't know that I have worked abs before w/ ankle weights, that was great. It wiped me out. I didn't do the bonus sections of abs and legs though. I have Kim coming tonight, so I will be working out with her as well, and I do NOT want to overdo it with my back. Those firewalkers were pretty much the same as when Chalene uses them in lower body turbo jam, right? Only Chalene justs goes back and forth more instead of after 4 steps.
