Guest guest
Do any of you have 's Tae Bo Fat Blasting series? I saw one of the DVD's for sale at Wal Mart. It's the Cardio workout. I think it's the first one in the series. I looked it up on Collage Video. They say it's 45 minutes long including warm-up and cooldown. I'd like to know a little more about this one. How intense is it compared with other workouts? My wife wants to buy this one since it's cheap.
Guest guest
It uses the bands so it ups the intensity. You can do it without and use weights but you won't get the same feeling in some of the moves. It's been a while since I've done it, but it's definitely up there with the Bootcamp workouts due to the bands. I haven't done it without the bands so I don't know how it is without. Cardio wise I don't think it's " killer " without the bands. On 11/13/06, revaddict <revaddict@...> wrote: Do any of you have 's Tae Bo Fat Blasting series?
