Do any of you have 's Tae Bo Fat Blasting series? I saw one of

the DVD's for sale at Wal Mart. It's the Cardio workout. I think

it's the first one in the series.

I looked it up on Collage Video. They say it's 45 minutes long

including warm-up and cooldown.

I'd like to know a little more about this one. How intense is it

compared with other workouts? My wife wants to buy this one

since it's cheap.

It uses the bands so it ups the intensity. You can do it without and use weights but you won't get the same feeling in some of the moves. It's been a while since I've done it, but it's definitely up there with the Bootcamp workouts due to the bands. I haven't done it without the bands so I don't know how it is without. Cardio wise I don't think it's " killer " without the bands.

And I forgot to say...you shouldn't ask silly questions like that...IF it's I will have 'em all! So if no one else has it I will!

I'm so excited about the new ones, I can't wait! We're gonna get AMPED! All the teases say it's going to be out of this world! And they say the infomercial is going to be unbelievable!

i have total body fat blaster. perhaps it is a part of this

particular series? the back of the case says 55 mins. i thought

that it was a cardio workout, but it turned out to be a toning

workout during which he does kicks, punches and other exercises

while wearing his billy bands. it was an ok workout but i dont have

his particular style of bands so i dont use this dvd at all :(

:*carolyn.
