Guest guest Posted November 13, 2006 Report Share Posted November 13, 2006 Morning everyone. I slept in today, it's a holiday in lieu of Remembrance Day. I did Kathy 's step aerobics the beginner section only, I was able to work harder and I made my moves bigger than last time, my knee is still OK, so that is good. Then I did the Firm BSS 2 abs.
