| exercises, yet it works for me, particularly in my

| After legs I did the first section of Shiva Rea's

| Creative Core Abs - this was a flowing ab routine done

| on the floor. Very hard to describe, almost like

| dancing, but on the floor. You really feel your abs

| work. I liked it and suspect I will like it more the

| more often I do it as it does have a " flow " quality to

| it which is often hard to get into the first run

| through. There are 3 chapters on this DVD - first,

| Water is 10 min, then there is another routine that is

| 8 minutes (I forget the name) and then another that is

| 17 minutes (I think this one is " fire " ). I only had

| time for one, but plan to do the rest soon~

| As for my weekly check in - here goes "

| Sunday - rest/travel

|

| Monday - FitPrime Pump (or Metaboost...I can't

| remember~ LOL~)

|

| Tuesday - Cardio & Floorwork - TJ Kick, Punch and Jam

| and Firm Lower Body Sculpt

|

| Wed - I can't remember, I'll have to look back at the

| calendar to see if that jogs my memory~

|

| Thurs - Yoga - MTV Yoga

|

| Friday - Cardio & Abs - Cathe Low Impact Circuit

| Cardio Premix and Abs

|

| Sat - rest (houseguests) but I did do 2-3 hours of

| yard work - it was gorgeous here!

| Food was blech~! I need to do better this week.

Dear Donna, I'm sorry to hear you're suffering from the blues! I'm often in that space too. Guess what time of the month that is? You got me PSYCHED Gurl! I am gonna do the Shiva Rae core workouts tonite! Maybe only 1 or 2 depending on how I do. I have that Dolores Munez one for the derriere which I still haven't done. Perhaps I'll be a copycat and do that too! I didn't get to work out this morning because there was a windstorm which resulted in a power outage, so the alarm didn't go off at 4:20. My cat got me up in time to not be late for work, but not early enough to work out. I'll review those workouts tonite. My abs and butt need work! Hugs to help chase the blues away!
