Guest guest Posted November 13, 2006 Report Share Posted November 13, 2006 Hi, This evening I completed Drill Max for the second time. This time it seemed a little bit easier. I bought a new green ball over the weekend so it was fun seeing a bright color other then my other boring clear one. I don't think I put enough air in it though, I realized this when I sat down on it to do the biceps. The workout seemed to go by faster this time even though the workout is an hour and 15 minutes. There is one thing I don't care for in this workout though.... I wish Cathe would put her weights, ball etc. away before going on to the next drill. She ends a drill with at times your ball and mat out and says "lets move on" you have to hurry and put your stuff aside. Oh well, the workout is worth it. I burned a little less calories this time and stayed in my zone longer. I burned 543 and was in my zone an hour. The premixes look fun, I might have to try a couple of those. Have a nice evening!!
