COngrats on making it through - I think it is interesting that you found this one easier than S & L, I found it to be harder - maybe b/c I'm slightly under the weather - but I was sweating big time on this one and not so much on S & L. I think I can definately up my weights for the original Ripped, possibly for S & L, but based on how I felt after RTTC, I think I did just right with my 8's, 5's and 3's! Also - I have a silly question - when they give the weight amounts are they referring to individual dummies - for instance Jari - 10 - does this mean she's using 2 10lb dummies or 2 5lbs...I'd feel less wimpy if it were the two 5's!
