Guest guest
I just read an article by Haycock, enitiled Beta-Ecdysterone, this plant extract can increase performance and muscle mass. The article appeared in Physical magazine. The publication is put out by GNC so I am a bit skeptical about it's accuracy. Without going into specific claims or referenced studies, the article claims that the supplement increased work capacity and VO2 max. It is also claimed that it produced signifigant anabolic effects. I was mainly interested in the performance enhancement claims. What is the truth about this supplement? Brett Blaney Impact Boxing Grand Junction CO.
