good morning again all, as my earlier post stated i have 10 days to try to look my best for my sister's wedding. today i was a little to ambitious with cardio my returning to my IMAX workouts. i did IMAX2 by the 5th interval i decided i wasn't going to make through without getting myself hurt or sick. i did work pretty hard on those 5 intervals though. after the 5th interval cool down i popped in the 20 min gilad step workout that was part of the 8 min legs dvd i got at the thrift store(no warm up or cool down just 3 short step segements). it wasn't a hard workout but he adds hops and jacks and was perfect to safely keep working out. i felt great. afterwards i did a little walk up and down my hall to cool down more before doing the tai chi deep stretch with keli roberts. this tai chi workout is part of kathy smith's cardio knockout compilation dvd i got a few weeks ago. a great 6 min breathing and stretch routine. perfect to end it all

today. i plan on yoga OR tai chi later. probably yoga complete with everybody spine practice. i am donating blood later and will be packing my own snacks (apples, peanuts and raisin mix) so i won't eat any cookies. and i will ask for apple or orange juice to drink. i already had an apple and a wheat english muffin before workout now i am going to enjoy a chocolate protien shake and maybe a clementine b/c i am craving something sweet. have a great day all, little dress here i come. kassia
