Guest guest
Obie: I know that Niacin (part of the the B complex) is a blood cleanser and that the B's should be taken in a timed-released, balanced formula. They are water soluble vitamins that need daily replenishing. People with certain conditions, such as Parkinsons, should investigate how many B's are safe to take on a daily basis. B's make your pee turn a bright yellow, which is normal. It means that you are peeing out what you're body doesn't need, which is why is it preferable to take in a timed release form. B's saved me from " the blues " depression after my first child. Great for the central nervous system and energy. Alcohol kills B's which explains why people suffer with hangovers the following day.
