Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have done an OAT and Stool comprehensive tests at IWDL and can anyone help me with the results and what supplements to give. The markers were as follows on the OAT test Suberate 6.4 Citrate 1212 Succinate 60.4 Malate 5 Formiminoglutamate .48 Hippurate 947 Dihydroxyphenylpropionate .76 I have been giving Rayan 15mg of Zinc Citrate, 150 mg of magnesium citrate and Cod liver oil for 1 year. I have now started Brainchild Ultra sensitive mineral and vitamins. I chose the Ultrasensitive because it did not have the herbs and TMG but the B vitamins dosage are higher than the other formula so I am giving less than the recommended dosage to be in line with SS1 support where the B vitamins are 20 mg and 10mg as opposed to 40 and 20 for B1 and B2. I am still giving the 15mg zinc and 150mg of magnesium. Rayan has a phenol issue and he is on low salicylate food. I did not choose Kirkman vitamins nu-thera as many parents said they were high in phenol. I wonder if all Kirkman vitamins are high in phenol as i was considering the everyday multivitamins for Rayan instead of Brainchild. Is anyone using the everyday vitamin and is there a phenol issue. I have bought Therbiotic complete and would like to know when to give it and how many capsules per day. I was doing the Epsom cream and Rayan was in tearful mood so I stopped it and he is in a more cheerful now. Am I giving my little boy the right supplements and what other tests should I be doing. Any advise would be much appreciated. Rehana
