Guest guest
I also heard that flax oil goes rancid quickly and can be very bad if it does. I hear its better to by whole seeds and grind them or blend them in a smoothie right before eating. I eat raw hulled hemp seeds to get my omega 3s. They come in a nitrogen sealed can so they don't go rancid. Best Regard! Guest guest
Its very hard if not impossible to tell by sight and smell. Its best to just avoid the conditions that can cause it. Guest guest
??? TwinLab packs theirs with a nitrogen flush (packed without air). Of course you refrigerate after opening. Beyond-a-Century carries it, and so do local HF stores. is on the label. Chuck Lotteries--you have to play to lose !
