I also heard that flax oil goes rancid quickly and can be very bad if

it does. I hear its better to by whole seeds and grind them or blend

them in a smoothie right before eating. I eat raw hulled hemp seeds

to get my omega 3s. They come in a nitrogen sealed can so they don't

go rancid.

Its very hard if not impossible to tell by sight and smell. Its best

to just avoid the conditions that can cause it.

TwinLab packs theirs with a nitrogen flush (packed without air). Of course you

refrigerate after opening.

Beyond-a-Century carries it, and so do local HF stores. is on the

label.
