We are too :-) > > you mentioned zinc picolinate, why could that one be problematic? what > is EPO? I read on another board that the picolinate forms are excitotoxins. Some rather famous DAN! whose name escapes me right now had told another parent. I didn't follow up on it but just took the poster's word for it. Apparently some kids can have a pretty big reaction to the picolinate versions. It was easier to use the methionine form and the sulfate form in a cream than to research. EPO = evening primrose oil. Some seizure kids are having problems with oils, so I decided to pull this one. It appears that it was no longer necessary anyway (before if I didn't use it my son got eczema when I supped with CLO but no EPO)' Given all the stuff on my to do list I likely won't post to Dr. Yasko, but I will remember this if there are any problems (praying there won't be more though). That is interesting about carnatine protecting the brain. Cut and pasted into my " to look into file " :-) > > p.s. bough my pc from VRP, wasn't that pricey compared to some other > supplements. 90 caps. > That is one of the MANY pc supps I tried. I practically killed myself trying to cut the capsules open each time and then when I did have some success the PC that wasn't on my hands or the counter would only stick to the side of the cup. Altogether too frustrating. So I took the advice of the moms at the other board and bought the PhosChol bottles, hoping that it's worth the investment. At least, I suppose, I won't cut my own fingers off opening the bottle. :-) Anita > > >
