Best method for measuring metal excretion

Can anyone advise as to most accurate way to measure metal excretion

from a) DMSA suppositories and B) DMPS oral caps. Have just ordered both

faecal metal and urine toxic metal test kits and don't want to use them

if either DMSA or DMPS doesn't dump out in either urine or poo!!!
