Yes, that was my understanding as well, that this is happening in retina/cornea at least following herpes infection.... could not find if anyone has looked in something similar happening in neurons though. Unfortunately no viral panel done.£££!!$$$$ :(>

>>>I was chatitng to Lorene in Newcatsle and talking about the French labs immune panel. You can order the indiviudal ones, I think she said for about 35 Euro. Thats more in my price range than Vorjani's mega panel - I think we may do that, will have to speak to the Heardster, we go for the mega blood draw 1st August - oh how long I have waited for tests, just the odd 7 years or so.

I want HPPIV, Epsieten (?sp) and CMV which I figure is about £75 in real money :)

That doesn't sound that bad, thanks for letting us know. What is the

name of that lab?

Hey, good luck with the tests, fingers crossed you finally get some

'good' answers out of those tests!!!

In DAN connection, immunologic viral tests are not reckoned as esp useful, that means, you cannot tell whether Valtrex will be of use or not based upon viral titers, if they are high or low. The same would apply on other viral treatments.
