Or, for those who want full back tracttion, use a yogi sling. It is a

simple loop of fabric hanging on a rope. You sit in a sort of lotus

position, with the knees forming a triangle with the sacrum. Wrap the

loop around the back & over the knees. Then, just hang there. Good as

inversion boots or table & costs almost nothing to make.

How the heck would you get yourself into this? I can picture the

loop of fabric hanging on a rope ... but I can't picture HOW I would

get up and into this thing with my legs crossed. Got any hints?
