Guest guest
Dear Gail, Much less insulin will be required if there is no food intake. The person needs to consult with their naturopath or homeopath. Diabetics should be taking the homeopathic for diabetes as well as Gymnema sylvestre, which will help regenrate the islets of Langerhans, which produce insulin in the pancreas. Taking digestive enzymes will also help out the pancreas, in its other main job, digestion. Best of Health! Date: Wed, 15 Aug 2001 07:41:39 -0700 Dear Group, Does anybody know if a diabetic wanting to do the liver cleanse would have trouble with insulin shock? My concern is taking insulin and not eating. If one does the cleanse, does the amount of insulin have to be adjusted during that time? Thanks a bunch. Gail
