Guest guest
I would be interested too in this. I had a lot of problems with successive liver cleanses- nausea, vomiting, not being able to hold the mixture down. Just this week someone said it was the sign of a dirty bowel, (on bowel cleanse) and after some colemas, I did a liver cleanse but got no stones. No nausea, or vomiting, and I slept through the night. What is this new curve please d:-)? > and then on a later cleanse she threw up, after > which her health > > dramatically improved.....she > > also mentioned that throwing up was a sign that > there were radioactive > metals > > stored in the liver. > > ***Hi Luck, > > ***I can't believe this! Guest guest
, In my experience, nausea is easily avoided by having EMPTY bowels, not clean ones. I fast on juices for one day prior to doing a flush. Since my normal bowel transit times is less than 24 hours, I will be clean for the flush. I do, however, sometimes eat a little something on the morning of the flush, as long as it does not involve the liver, like fats, spices, etc. would. Fruits are OK and most veggies, but I keep it simple & never get nauseous anymore. My friends & family who do it the wrong way first also have had my same success folowing this principle. jim Kyama wrote: > > I would be interested too in this. Guest guest
Hi , Gail, all, I also did a liver cleanse this past weekend - my 3rd in about 2 months. On the first one I felt fine before, during, and after. Passed a lot of small stones. On the second cleanse, I woke up about 3am of the first night feeling very nauseous. Just as I thought I would vomit I had the very strong urge to evacuate, and 10-15 minutes after I did I was feeling fine again. Passed many large and small stones during the cleanse. Felt great the following week. This past weekend, I woke up at 1am of the first night feeling VERY nauseous. Kept hoping it would resolve itself fairly quickly like the previous time, but wasn't so lucky. I dry heaved for a while until I finally had a bowel movement, and felt much better after about 20 minutes. Passed fewer and smaller stones than the second cleanse. Today is Wednesday and I'm still not feeling all that hot, although I've no way of knowing if it's because of the cleanse!?? Anyway, for what it's worth, that's been my experience. I have my doubts about the radioactive thing. My guess is that there are probably a number of things that could cause the nausea, and I would think that radioactive metals would be the cause a low percentage of the time. Guest guest
Hi Jim, This last time, my bowel was VERY empty. Besides the stones, just had mostly clear liquid coming out. So my experience was that on the cleanse when my bowel was most empty, I also got most sick! Who knows though, if it had not been so empty, maybe I would have been even MORE sick. Ugh, don't even want to think about that possibility ... !
