Earlier this week someone posted about kids and depression. I responded

on how my own daughter was hospitalized as a child. I posted that she

had been given the drug Prozac. Well she WAS given Prozac, and turned

out to be allergic to it. She was a rash head to toe. She WAS switched

to Zoloft. I'm sorry for the mix up. But this all occurred decades ago,

when she was 8 yrs old (And she's now 24). At that time Zoloft was the

drug of choice for kids. No one knew at that time, that being on

Zoloft, makes some kids more prone to trying suicide.

Wow, you are doing great! Keep up the good work.

For the middle:-) Olijade's first jump roping dvd has a great ab section. Cathe's Muscle Max does too and you can't beat Five Day Abs by the Firm. They will all give you an excellent ab workout-

denise austin is whom i started with. MOST of her workouts you just need sneakers and a light pair of weights and some might use step. her cueing sucks but her workouts are simple and fun. she can be a little annoying in her voice but she does motivate with her cute little quotes "you are worth" "burning that butter now" etc etc. karen voight is good but since you are beginner her weight workouts might be good for you. as you can tell from nancy's review her cardio can be confusing.gilad of course hits most fitness levels. kathy smith is another fav of mine when i started as well as tae-bo. most of denise's older workouts as well as most tae-bos are only on vhs but still worth it if you find the right deal. kathy smith has put a lot of her older workouts on dvd(strong, sleek, and slim & fat burning classics both

have 3 workouts each of her classics) TJ MAXX has most denise and kathy for 3.99 right now if you can get them. goodwill has been my godsent for many of my workouts including alot of my books. used bookstores sometimes carry dvds. i once found the rare firm core cardio for $2. when you are about on your travels just peak around even if you can't buy you can get some great ideas for workouts you may want to get in the future. also look out for ppl like me who sometimes offer random folks on the list videos. i do lots of trading and when some of my dvds don't get traded after a few times i just give them away. keep posting and i will keep you mind for some things that might be right up your alley for workouts. fitness blogSpecial Needs Scouting From: Trisha Brandt <wilbty1@...>Subject: Re: a correction Date: Sunday, July 26, 2009, 12:14 PM

Kassia gave you some great suggestions! One I would add is Sansone!!! She's the one I started with and still turn to when I need a no-brainer workout (in terms of choreography, there is practically none). She has some that are very light for beginner fitness level and some that are more intense. I have some on all levels. I started doing weights with her using the resistance band too and then got 10 Minute Solution Target Toning for Beginners.
