Dear Jess,

The question you should ask is what doesn't change. Sandalwood

and benzoin are two essences that do not change over time. Pretty

much everything else does, that is why making fragrances from natural

ingredients is so hard. Natural perfumes change continually over

time. Most of the changing is done over the first two to four weeks.

Some of the things I make smell good at first, then turn bad and some

vise-versa. There is no way of predicting, you just have to blend and

wait.
