other favorite fragrance was the pineapple sage/pineapple quince codistilled

hydrosol - smells like honey, vanilla, pineapple incredibly strong for a

hydrosol....It's been a good year.

Hello Jess,

Are you distilling your Pineapple sage/ pineapple quince hydrosol? Is there a

place where I could purchase or trade for some?

Hi ,

I did distill the quince and pineapple sage from two trees on the

family farm. They were fairly forgotten, covered in blackberries, and

not mega-producers but I got about 5 gallons of cored, shredded fruit

when I was done. I added a touch of everclear to the hydrosol and have

kept it refrigerated. I'd be happy to trade you for some. I trade for

all kinds of stuff. Anything fragrant, whatever your instincts tell

you. I got the idea to distill quince from a quince hydrosol I saw for

sale at Liberty Natural. Not sure if they were distilling pineapple

quince or just regular quince fruit. Pineapple Quince has a much more

tropical, pineapple smell. In any case, just let me know. I have two

quarts right now. I could send you 8oz, I think it is gonna be awesome

in soap.

Take care,

Jess Ring

Hi ,

I would be happy to trade you a cup of quince hydrosol. I'll send

you a cottonwood oil sample and some Queen Sitka Hydrosol as well if

you like. Just make an offer and send me your adress offsite.

Weren't you the one who wanted to make a Black Cat perfume? I used

to drink a great german Swartz Catz wine when I was a bachelorette,

and I have a companion cat named Brams who is pitch black. So

basically I am a wicked little distillin' witch and I'm tellin you,

if you haven't made some Black Cat, you should!

In any case, take care and be merry,

Jess Ring
