Here is my week in review:Sunday Taught Turbo Kick, Round 28Monday 10 Flights of StairsTuesday Aqua AerobicsWednesday Turbo Kick, all finales and turbos Cowboy BoogieThursday Tamilee Webb: I Want Those Arms! Kari : Curl Bridge Walk (3 miles)Friday Bridge Walk (3 miles)Saturday Taught Turbo Kick, Round 6********I may do Hemaley Behl's pm practice to stretch my lower body tonight.
