Here is an interesting article about the greening of corporate America, and how we all fit in to that with the new *standards* being created. Companies highlighted include Burts Bees....Tom's of Maine and Burts Bees have Hit Hay and are in a store next to the gallery.... I would think a massive marketing is going on. Guest guest
It is a compliment........back in the early nineties, i made presentation to urban outfitters, and their buyers ended up taking my samples to china and having my exact products copied, for cheaper...they weren't the same thing, of course, but they were determined to do my design cheaper. i took it as a learning lesson, but made the same mistake a few other times with other large chains. finally i learned that i am an artist, not as much interested in mass production as in creating my line as an art...form...for me...and thus, have attracted people in my sphere who love custom and haute couture scent...and have proceeded accordingly, and over the years have found a niche. I think it is more important than ever in the changing world we live in to find your niche. hehe....thanks for sharing.. xoxoxox L Libby /510-290-4028 http://web.mac.com/libbypatterson http://www.angelicaromas.com http://www.priestessofalchemy.com
