Hi Rose -

There is a FAQ in the files section on federal law and also a document listing

all the state boards. The state board would be a place to start. I agree the

regulations are confusing. Have you tried calling the state board? Anyone out

there in Michigan who can help?

I've looked at the michigan liquor control commission's FAQ, and

unfortunately it had nothing useful to say. This sounds silly, but I

hesitate to call and ask because if the answer is no then I can't

feign ignorance and order it anyway! Maybe I will call my supplier

and ask them for help. Thanks for the info,
