The last solid I made smells to me like Czech & Speake's Neroli

(though it has a few other ingredients). Simple, I like it.

lisa, that's a good idea. i'd like to see natural solid versions of

comme des garcons Avignon and etro's Messe de minuit (citruses in the

later). many men's scents i love to wear myself. it doesn't often seem

to go the other way, however. it's the same with baby clothes. girls

in blue is fine, baby boys in pink!? scandalous.

Hmmmm, how about vetiver and lemon verbena or patchouli? Let us know

what you come up with and how he likes it.

Peace,

Hi,

I don't know if this will help. But I made a blend with my verbena

concoction with Lemon EO and a bit of Basil EO! The blend has a very

nice herbal, citrus scent for men. I plan to make a solid perfume

with this and see how it gets!

I've never seen a men's solid fragance, but I'd love to try making

one-any ideas? My 21 year old son will be my guinea pig and he loves

the citrusy stuff...

happy new year all!

Mandy Aftel has a great solid perfume recipe in her book " Aroma " called Cumin,

Oakmoss, and Lavender. I made a batch for my dad, and I'm thinking of making

some for myself. I think it smells very masculine.
