I think it's all in getting adjusted to the time. Thanks for the review. I'm really thinking strongly about getting one, but can you get just one workout? I went to the site and it only shows the packages. Glad you are getting bck to normal again.
Guest guest
Hi , I guess that is true about time, before I had I almost always (except for a brief period where I worked out in the mornings for about a year) worked out in the evening after work. I would get home around 7, workout and be done - in those days DH worked until about 8 and got home at 9, so it was perfect. Now, though, I have so much to do after I get home from work - bedtimes, story times, etc., etc. that I'm afraid I wouldn't get my workout in if I put it off. In the old days I would workout as soon as I walked in the door after getting home from work. Now, I'm afraid that lag time would just sap my motivation. I guess I'll stick with mornings for the time being and see how it goes. She really doesn't bother me or get in my way, but I just liked having my workout time all to myself. But, hey, what can you do? One of these days, I'll be yelling at her to get up for school! Hope you have a great day. I'm not sure if you can buy single workouts from BB - I never tried to. I'm going to do the other ball workout probably tomorrow, so I'll let you know how that is in case you want to get the package. Take care!
