i got it ! but i have not done it yet. im actually feeling a bit

intimidated by it, instead of excited! ugh! what is wrong with

me?? im just having a lazy day today, i guess. i dont feel like

doing anything, no housework let alone working out. ::sigh:: i

need a kick in the butt. i also received a rental which is a

walking workout... might have to do that one to build up some

confidence for this hour long ball workout.

yes! if you decide to do a TJ rotation, then i think i might join you.

i like the sounds of this... i need to go through all of the

workouts and categorize them so i can pick the right workout easily

each day. that shouldnt be hard to do. i also need to do

cardio on the elliptical and make use of all of my cardio coach

workouts. so i suppose i could put that as day 5, with

yoga/pilates as day 6 with rest on day 7.

I agree 100% Cola Pop! If it weren't for Turbo Kick I never would have kept my gym membership or got into fitness. If you're feeling a strong emotion of any kind, kb for me is a great healthy way to express it!Jab cross!Festival City Concrete <pvisser@...> wrote: kickboxing is a great workout for us! im always thinking that there is nothing better for cardio, full body toning, abs and fun factor, all rolled into one :) :*carolyn.

exactly !! if i feel mad or upset or frustrated, then kickboxing is

a sure remedy! i always finish feeling much better emotionally.

it really helps to have a goofy instructor too, like billy blanks or

chalene johnson. i really like janis saffell and guillermo gomez

and keli roberts kickboxing too, but they are for more serious

kickbutt occasions.
