Guest guest
More twists here, but also so lower body stretches which I badly needed such as triangle, staff pose, pyramid, etc. I liked doing shavasana with my legs propped up on the ottoman; that really did take pressure off the lower back and felt great! Alas, even after these two practices my lower back still seems a bit sore, but I bet it's from doing weights. Carolyn that's sweet that your little buddy wants to be with you and patiently waits til the end of your workout to come play with you :-) You'll have to send me pics offline! Hugs with a spinal twist, Everyone is raving about the all-new beta.
Guest guest
The shavasana with propped up legs sounds like it would feel good. Sorry to hear that your back still feels a bit sore.
