Guest guest
good morning all, no yoga last night jsut passed right out at about 9:30. oh well always today. this morning my throat feels better but now my sinuses are congested. do i care? yes/no b/c at first i wasn't going to workout but i went for it anyway. i did ripped to the core, thanks to a generous VFer for this copy. a great weight workout using compound upper/lower body exercies with pulses, tempo changes, and vey little equipemtn(barbell, steps are optional and modifications are shown). it worked my muscles as well as pumped my heart up. felt really nice, and for that hour i didn't feel stuffy at all. all the sections were about 3-5 minutes long and combined exercises like side squats/back lunges, plies/upright rows, side squats off step/lateral raises. all here quite fun with a few unique exercies like the spiders(seen in the collage preview this is where you go from elbow planks to straight arm planks than do push ups, quite challenging). as per usual the abs were short, maybe next time i will just repeat this segment again. mom is coming ina few to finsh some shopping.she is on vacation this week and dh took the car today so we are going to go together(good thing i got hers earlier LOL). have a great morning kassia Any questions?
