Anyway, due to this headache, I haven't been on to read my 700 emails. It's pretty sad when your computer screen is too bright to look at. I hope to get through them by the weekend and start responding.

Hi Tonya,

I'm glad you made it home safely and your FIL is doing ok. Hope your headache goes away quickly.. those suck.

Sorry to hear about your migraine. I quite often get migraines after the stress is over. I haven't had one for a while now, knock on wood....

How exciting for you to start teaching at the gym! You will be busy from the sounds of it! Take care of yourself, hope you feel back to normal soon. Good to hear FIL is doing OK. Keep us posted.

Hey all, just wanted to let you know that I'm home from Georgia. FIL is doing okay. They are doing a biopsy and we're waiting for the results to find out what the course of treatment will be. We've actually been home since Sunday night, but all the stress caused a migraine. I finally gave up and went to the doctor yesterday for meds, so I was able to go to work today for the first time since coming back. I have to get over it all though, because I'm starting my classes at the gym on Saturday. I'm teaching Stability Ball on Saturday, Pilates on Monday, and Step on Thursday. After next week, I get to sub for our Yoga instructor who is going out of town for a month so I'll be doing Yoga on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday too. If nothing else, I won't have an excuse for not working out....LOL. I didn't do anything today except work with a new instructor on ideas for her class. About 30 minutes of brainstorming and demonstrating high intensity aerobic moves she can do between strength segments of her class. Honestly, I sometimes think teaching new instructors is harder then teaching 20 classes a week! Oh well, it's worth it to see the look of excitement when they finally "get" a new move.

Anyway, due to this headache, I haven't been on to read my 700 emails. It's pretty sad when your computer screen is too bright to look at. I hope to get through them by the weekend and start responding.

Have a great workout!

Thanks Kerrry! I use to get migraines all the time when I was married to my ex. Got rid of him and got rid of the migraines. This time I know it was the stress of the trip to Georgia. I don't know when the stress will be over--probably when my FIL is through with treatment, so I got the prescription for migraine medicine.

As for the gym, I'm not super excited. It was in the plan all along, but I had to wait until they released me on my back. Now I'm realizing that I'm the only one who is qualified to teach any classes so I will be stuck teaching all of them until I get the other girls trained to teach some of them. If it were 2 or 3 classes a week, I'd be psyched, but looking at 6 to 12 classes a week or more has me dreading it.

Good to hear you solved the migraine problem. I used to get them all the time when I worked in the glass factory, it was probably the heat. You are going through a lot of stress with your FIL right now, so I can see why you got a migraine.

Oh dear, that is a lot of classes that you have to teach per week. Now you have the stress of training the other girls and hoping that they teach it properly; you've got a lot on your plate right now. Make sure you relax and take some time out for you.

Take care,

Kerry
