I got some dried - not freeze dried - peaches at the Italian grocery the

other day, I'm going to try with them, after I pulverize them i the food

processor. I hae a dynamite mango tincture that I made with fresh

fruits, btw.

How well does the mango tincture mix into your blends? I would imagine that

the tincture would be full of moisture from the mango juice(oh god I'm getting

hungry-I love mangoes!). Did you use any specific type of mango? I bet you

can get incredible ones in Miami. Have you ever been to the Mango Festival at

the Fairchild Tropical Gardens? I'm thinking that this year that I will just

have to go and check it out, because me and my friend are planning a visit to

Miami to get a handle on things for our move there next year. He's African, so

I don't think I will have a problem convincing him to go to a whole festival

centered around mangoes!
