Guest guest Posted December 28, 2006 Report Share Posted December 28, 2006 Hi Everyone, Wow, it took all I had to get out of bed this morning. Fortunately, I had a light workout planned. I feel blah - scratchy throat, headache, etc. We either need to finally break down and put humidifiers in our bedrooms (we've hesitated b/c it has been so mild so far this winter and our heat hasn't been on as much...) or I'm coming down with something. My motivation is sooo low, not sure if it just the post-holiday blues or whatever - it is probably just the backlash from the stress leading up to them (most of my stress was work related as opposed to holiday related...but you get the idea...) Anyway, I'm glad I got up and did my workout. This one is another Tracey Mallett workout. I commented before - but the quick rundown is: yoga warm-up (sun salutations) that transitions into a light cardio modern style dance routine followed by Pilates-style upper body sculpting with light weights followed by Pilates-style ab/core work. It was perfect for today b/c of my energy level. It isn't a total piece of cake, but it certainly isn't strenuous either. Tomorrow I'm planning on pulling out SuperBody Bootcamp Firm it. Hope everyone has a great day - we have lots of errands to run today.
