Sorry to hear that Tonya...I don't know why bad stuff always seems to happen around the holidays. Take care of yourself and don't worry about posting until everything else gets better. Jen Tonya - <mslightning@...> wrote: Yeah, I'm still alive, but I feel like I've been run over by a truck. I'm trying to catch up with email, but it is still at over 600 in my inbox, so please don't expect too many comments. Anyway, before I finish going through email, I thought I'd check in and let you all know what is going on. I've finally gotten a couple of the ladies at the gym trained enough to teach some classes. That meant spending 3 hours a day doing aerobics for about 2 weeks, but they got it and now I'm not having to teach all the classes. (And I lost a pant size!) It's a good thing they are ready too, because I had to take some extra time off. My uncle passed away last week, so in addition to the trip to my in-laws, I had a funeral to go to before Christmas. Then we got to the in-laws and found out that the VA hadn't

called my FIL in 2 weeks to let him know the results of his latest test. Needless to say, my mood was not good so I got on the phone and called them. After a few threats and only a little demanding for a supervisor, I found out that they hadn't called because they were scheduling their own time off. Anyway, the latest test was negative for cancer so it is only in the lung, and they are now planning surgery for the first part of January. I guess my bitchy side has some good effects. So when it was finally time to sit down to Christmas dinner, I had an ovarian cyst rupture and had to miss Christmas dinner and the family present opening because I was in the emergency room. They said I have another cyst that I have to go have checked out because the stupid doctor made mention of the C word in front of DH. Yeah, like worrying about his Dad and Cancer isn't enough, now he's freaking out that I

may have it too. I know it isn't cancer because I've had cysts before and I know they are just because of stress. Anyway, my dr. appt is tomorrow so I can relieve his worries. I finally got back to the gym today after a week and found that everyone is on vacation. So it was me and the gym. Me and 12 people wanting to use the tanning bed and another 2 dozen wanting the sauna, and umpteen dozen needing personalized programs, and I'm wondering why I am stressed? Anyway, I am on pain meds and can't exercise until after they say okay tomorrow so I don't rupture the other one, and then I have a step class to teach tomorrow night. Yeah, right. That's why I trained the other girls~! LOL So hopefully, I'll be able to get clearance to workout tomorrow and then I can check out the new videos I have to try. In the meantime, I'll apologize for not answering email. I hope to catch up by the weekend. I only have 4 classes to teach before then, 3 of which can't be subbed because the girls aren't ready for those types of classes, so it is still a Maybe. Hope you all had great Christmas' and lots of healthy workouts! Thanks Dr. . I'm actually doing okay at reading everything, its replying that I can't get caught up on. LOL The reading actually helps motivate me. (And gives me ideas for telling DH what to get me for presents...LOL)

As for the cysts, all is better. It is stress, I think. I tend to have this problem pop up everytime I get too stressed out. So now I'm just avoiding stress and doing relaxing yoga instead of anything too strenuous. Even my classes this week were more basic, beginners classes. And the massage is on the schedule as a regular event!

Thanks Donna! Yes, the cysts did turn out to be functional. Just larger then normal due to stress. I'm chilling out and it should be painless in no time.
