Locally GP's will have what will be called and 'indicative budget' allocation from the PCT which they are allowed to spend as they see fit so this might include GFCF products. My GO was asked by the PCT if he would be willing to spend some of his 'shadow' iniducative budget on my application - he says its like monopoly money and of course he woud LOL.
