Anne, I love the comment about your bag! *L* And yes, a 40 minute walk to BART does count! I didn't realize you were in SF! I'm in Portland, not too far from you I too picked up some pilates balls at Ross awhile back only I got the 3 lb ones and they too are filled with sand and feel neat to squeeze and hold. You can use them for a lot of workouts in subsitution for other funky workout gizmos - I'm really happy I got them! Just squeezing a ball just above your knees while you do crunches really takes it up a notch!I like WATP too for space reasons, and also when I'm so blue that walking seems like the only thing I can do that day. is so positive that it becomes inftectous and I wind up doing a more difficult cardio routine afterwards most of the time!Please review your workouts when you do them!Cheers,
