Sunday's & Monday's workout - Puppy Interuptus

Sunday was busy and we went to my brother in laws for dinner with the puppy. I did Quick Fix Stability Ball abs while Zeus chewed on my shoes!

This morning was hectic too with the three animals and getting everyone ready for work/school. I did Turbo Jam Booty Sculpt & Abs while Zeus watched me. He is such a mellow guy thank goodness.
