Guest guest Posted January 1, 2007 Report Share Posted January 1, 2007 Hello, all and Happy New Year!! I just joined yesterday and I have a few New Year's resolutions. Okay, Last year I said I would get to a certain weight, and I got about 5 lbs away, then I began to gain. I have about 12 lbs. to lose and I am going to post here with my workouts and progress. I will weigh in on Saturday morning. These are my goals: 1. Drink more water 2. exercise 5 to 6 times a week 3. kitchen closes at 8 p.m.!!! 4. Eat healthy and low fat 5. Take my vitamins I will start my exercises today with Complete Body Sculpting by the Firm. I hope everyone else is having a great start to 2007!
