Hi Carolyn, I wonder how that belt compares to walking warehouse's powerbelt? The one had weighted pulleys and is a very nice walking workout. Jen Festival City Concrete <pvisser@...> wrote: hi everyone !this morning i did walk away the pounds for abs with leslie sansone. in these workouts she

has a new gadget, a belt that goes around your waist which has resistance tubing attached to it. the dvd contains the 3 workouts that use the belt... 1 mile, 2 miles and 3 miles. i bought the kit for $10 at a local discount store (giant tiger in stratford).i meant to do all 3 workouts this morning but i ended up not having the time. i did do the 1 mile and 2 mile workouts. to make them a little bit harder, i did them on the rebounder and used the tubing when leslie didnt. so the workout ended up being like a 3 mile jog with quite a few shoulder presses. that is basically all that leslie does with the tubing... working the shoulders by pushing overhead and to the front.it was an ok workout.. i did sweat and burned a couple of hundred calories. nothing too exciting, the workouts are very similar to her original WATP set that uses the little weighted balls, although i think that the walking pace might be a

bit faster in WATP4A. many of the same cast members are used as well.despite the title, there is no ab work in these workouts... go figure! like all of leslie's workouts, this one is good to do on a sick day, tired day, or unmotivated day, or very early in the morning when you dont want to think about any sort of choreography. also fabulous for beginners.:*carolyn.
