De facto is a latin term that just means " in fact " . I think you're reaching a little with the cucumber thing. The point is that you're selling a perfume, not a drink. I really doubt that the BATF is going to raid your home because you're selling a perfume that has cucumber in it. And if your customers choose to drink it, that would be one seriously expensive cocktail! Cheers!
