ORRIS: do you use it and if so how? (What form (CO2, butter, etc) for

what end product.) I use the powder for incense but have yet to make

us of any extracts. I tried to make a tincture and an oil infusion

from the powder but both were failures. I have the impression that if

you get it into a usable form it could be indispensable in creating

" powdery " sorts of scents. (I know we don't discuss synths here but I

have to say that I think Guerlain's L'Instant for men is the ultimate

sexy powdery fragrance and a high point in modern perfumery...despite

the synths.) Any thoughts?
