Guest guest Posted December 27, 2006 Report Share Posted December 27, 2006 Hi, This morning I did The Firm Power Yoga and then day 1 of 5 Day Abs. Mornings are the perfect time for me to do yoga. I have very low energy and I always feel stiff in the mornings. I'm happy I have been able to get it in most days this week.
