Testing and treating test results, was: New Diagnosis

I don't think it is that straight forward, as I feel like we waisted

lots of time and money on the tests and on treatments that were

tailored to results of those tests... I did not see much with those

treatments to be honest. Maybe it depends on the practitioner and the

exact choice of treatments, maybe not, but in our case if I could turn

back the clock I would not those tests again.

Also, if you consider that some kids show considerable improvements on

things that do not 'agree' with test results at all, for example kids

whose metals' tests are fine and they still benefit from chelation, or

those who chelate for lengthy periods and metals do come out but without

any behavioural improvements. Or even more telling is Ethan's story

(Stan's son, from mb12/valtrex, childrenscorner.com) - now this kid's

viral panel tests did not show any elevations/any viral titers, yet this

kid recovered completely on antiviral therapy alone. were they to follow

his test results they would never have done antivirals.
