I worked out my fitness goals for this year, finally: 1. find some flexibility exercise that I can enjoy, so I'll do it consistently. I don't do yoga for personal reasons, but I know there's more than yoga out there. 2. take advantage of my gym membership. 3. have fun by trying some of the workouts recommended here!
